How information is used

Technical logs are used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Messages are used to answer questions, review corrections, and improve the workbook library.

Workbook downloads

Downloading a file does not require an account. Do not upload or email guest, payment, employee, or other confidential information to Hospitality Grid.

Retention and providers

Operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and support. Hosting and network providers may process limited technical data to deliver the site.
